Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality support for sales and customer service;
  • Preparation of documents, components, parts and assembly units for their shipment to suppliers, preparation of reporting documents;
  • Collection and processing of information on the quality and reliability of products (agricultural equipment) in operation;
  • Consulting clients and resolving conflict situations;
  • Complaints handling including work with documents;
  • Clarification of the causes of equipment inconsistencies, as well as technical expertise of equipment, parts and assembly units.

     Requirements:

  • University degree (Mechanical Engineering);
  • Experience in the field of after-sales service;
  • Experience in conducting reclamation and claims work is encouraged;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
