Responsibilities:
- Providing quality support for sales and customer service;
- Preparation of documents, components, parts and assembly units for their shipment to suppliers, preparation of reporting documents;
- Collection and processing of information on the quality and reliability of products (agricultural equipment) in operation;
- Consulting clients and resolving conflict situations;
- Complaints handling including work with documents;
- Clarification of the causes of equipment inconsistencies, as well as technical expertise of equipment, parts and assembly units.
Requirements:
- University degree (Mechanical Engineering);
- Experience in the field of after-sales service;
- Experience in conducting reclamation and claims work is encouraged;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
