The list of measures taken includes: ensuring a safe working environment for employees and the proper functioning of office equipment, equipping the office with fire alarms, fire cabinets with fire extinguishers, evacuation plans.
The company has established a special system for instructing employees. Thus on December 4, 2020 another fire safety briefing was held, in which all employees of YTO Technology BLR LLC took part.
The high level of the company's responsible attitude to this issue is confirmed by the participation of the entire work team in the tactical exercises of the Ministry for Emergency Situations for conducting fire evacuation of the administrative building on November 27, 2019. Representatives of the Smolevichi Regional Department for Emergency Situations noted a good coordination of actions and high level of training of the employees who took part in the evacuation.
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the management of YTO Technology BLR LLC pays close attention to all aspects of employee safety at the workplace. In particular the company has established a set of fire protection measures in order to eliminate the risks of a fire, as well as to prevent the loss of health and death of employees, to prevent material losses that may occur in the event of a fire.
