Due to the second wave of the coronavirus epidemic YTO Technology BLR LLC is taking all necessary measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases among the company's employees.
Thus YTO Technology BLR LLC provides its employees with antiseptics and personal protective equipment: disposable medical masks and gloves, protective glasses. Also the preventive measures taken include regular disinfection and ventilation of all office premises, implementing special rules for receiving visitors, the use of electronic interaction between employees, etc.
Some of the employees were transferred to the remote work mode. Employees who carry out their work duties in the office must comply with the mask regime and the principles of social distancing. YTO Technology BLR LLC organized regular monitoring of the employees’ health status including non-contact measurement of body temperature, tracking possible symptoms of the infection, monitoring of medical tests results for the detection of Covid-19.
It should be noted that YTO Technology BLR LLC gave an immediate response to the epidemiological situation that had arisen in early March 2020. The company developed an official instruction guide to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection. The instruction guide was developed in accordance with the official recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, as well as other regulatory documents aimed at preventing and controlling the spread of coronavirus infection. All employees of YTO Technology BLR LLC took part in an international online conference in which leading experts from China provided up-to-date information on the fight against coronavirus infection.
The obligatory implementation of this instruction guide by the employees of YTO Technology BLR LLC for 8 months allowed the company to be fully prepared for the second wave of coronavirus infection.
Despite the predictions of scientists that the course of the second wave of Covid-19 will be less intense YTO Technology BLR LLC continues to strictly comply with all necessary effective measures to control the situation and protect the health and lives of the company’s employees.
