In order to ensure regular training of employees, the company continues the practice of conducting trainings on actual topics.

     The issue of hiring affects any person throughout his career. The interaction between the employer and the employee begins precisely with the hiring process. Correct behavior of both parties in the recruitment process lays a good foundation for further fruitful cooperation of these participants of labor relations.

     On April 22, 2021, a training was held on the topic "Recruitment Process", which covered the step-by-step legal regulation of hiring, as well as interesting nuances related to this issue. In particular, the following questions were highlighted:

  • non-discrimination in hiring;
  • responsibility for unjustified refusal to hire;
  • conducting preliminary (when hiring) medical examinations;
  • a list of documents to be presented when applying for a job (close attention was paid to each item from this list);
  • preliminary test when hiring;
  • the main documents to be drawn up upon hiring (contract, job description, employment order, etc.), as well as mandatory aspects of each of these documents;
  • familiarization with the local regulations of the organization.

     During the training, references were made to specific norms of numerous legal acts regulating a particular issue covered in the training. For the greatest clarity of the covered issues during the training, specific examples from practice were given.
