Continuous training of employees is one of the keys to the successful work of any enterprise. The growth of professional skills and knowledge allows to increase the efficiency of both: an individual employee and the company as a whole.

     Due to the fact that conducting trainings for employees is considered one of the most popular forms of education, which has proved its effectiveness in practice, as well as in order to maintain labor discipline in the organization a training on the topic “Labor discipline” was held on April 1, 2021.

     Taking into account the emerging epidemiological situation, the participation of workers in the training was ensured both by the direct presence of some employees at the training held in the office, and by using technical means of video communication.

     During the training, the issues of measures applied in the organization aimed at ensuring labor discipline, issues of legal regulation of this sphere of legal relations, as well as the nuances related to the application of legislative norms in practice were highlighted. 

     Attention was paid to how the observance of labor discipline by all employees significantly affects the activities of the organization as a whole.

     The employees took an active part in the discussion of the topic of the training that interested them, and also received answers to their questions.
