Taking into account the nature of the activity of YTO Technology BLR LLC, in order to ensure the information security of the organization's activities, as well as in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Commercial Secrets" No. 16-Z of January 5, 2013, the company's management pays close attention to issues related to the protecting confidential business information at the enterprise.
In particular, the company has established a trade secret regime, namely:
- the relevant internal local regulatory legal acts have been worked out in detail and approved, with which the employees of the organization are familiarized with the signature;
- the list of information constituting confidential business information is clearly defined;
- various technical means are used at the enterprise to minimize the risks of spreading confidential business information;
- employees have signed non-disclosure agreements in order to prevent the dissemination of information containing commercial secrets;
- relevant non-disclosure agreements are concluded with some counterparties;
- here is constant control in the field of information security at the enterprise.
On January 5, 2021, YTO Technology BLR LLC held conference on the issues of commercial secrets at the enterprise, at which the importance of issues related to the protection of information containing confidential business information was once again emphasized. The employees were reminded of all aspects of the trade secret regime in the organization and all types of liability arising for the illegal dissemination of information that is part of a commercial secret: disciplinary (within the framework of labor legal relations), civil, administrative and criminal.
