Head of Electronic Control Department (Transmission Development)

     Responsibilities:

  • Organization of development of electronic control systems for tractors (transmission, hydraulic hitch system, etc.);
  • Administrative and technical leadership, coordination and control over ongoing research and development work;
  • Task setting, preparation of Technical Design Assignment, description of the operating conditions of electronic transmission control systems and other systems of tractors. Simulation and virtual testing of the system;
  • Refinement and adaptation of existing systems for new developments and modernized tractors, developments of algorithms for the operation and interaction of tractor systems;
  • Conducitng business negotiations with representatives of manufacturers of electronic control units, development of proposals for the use of their experience in the creation of electronic control systems for transmissions and other electronic systems of tractors.

  

     Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Knowledge in the design of tractors units, cabins, upper rstructure and medium-large size equipment;
  • Knowledge of English (preferred);
  • Ability to organize your work and the work of subordinates;
  • Ability to prioritize.

 

     Conditions:
