The highest priority of YTO Group Corporation and YTO Technology BLR in particular is to ensure the safety of employees and the company as a whole. Management is continuously working to take all possible measures to ensure all types of security.
In order to improve the company’s ability to prevent and respond to emergency situations related to safety, on April 6, 2023a training seminar was held to inform employees about the rules of conduct in emergency situations.
As part of the training, an alleged terrorist act was staged (detection of an object similar to an explosive device) and the actions of employees were worked out in accordance with pre-assigned responsibilities: immediate notification of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, isolation of the place where the explosive device was found, extinguishing the resulting fire at the initial stage using fire extinguishers and firefighters hydrants and evacuation of personnel located in the office through emergency exits.
